  • About Emily

    Emily has been a Yoga and Meditation instructor for over a decade, teaching yoga to various groups of demographics including adults, seniors, children of all ages, youth with developmental disabilities and of course at home with her 2 young kids. 

    She has taught over 2000 hours of Yoga along with over 500 hours of Training in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga for Children, Womb Sciences and Yoga Psychotherapy (including emotional energy balancing, introspection, and chakra healing).

    When she's not raising her 2 children (almost 2 and 6 years old), she enjoys dancing, painting, singing, playing sports, getting outside into nature, camping, and continuing her studies in entrepreneurship and quantum physics. 

    She has a natural connection to the universe/source/god that helps in guiding her through highly educated and intuitive meditations and coaching programs for you to benefit from.
