Yoga has been my number one practice for the last 12 years of my life. I am a lifelong student, continuously studying, practicing, teaching, and reminding myself WHY I do what I do. There's many different styles of lineages of yoga. My focus is Hatha + Flow. Flowing through each asana with kindness towards ourselves and a playful heart. All levels are welcome in my classes.
Affirmations have been incredibly powerful to help shift my mindset to a direction I want my thoughts to go. Practicing daily affirmations or introspecting on your root problem to find an affirmation that works on balancing all chakras within the body is going to bring you a sense of peace within that you never knew existed.
Yoga Counselling in a powerful tool of introspection to understand yourself better and learn how to solve your own problems. You are the creator of your reality. Learning to mange your thoughts so that you can create the life of your dreams is the catalyst for next level self growth and expansion.
Grounding in nature is one of these most therapeutic practices there is. Have you created a daily connection to nature? Do you feel called to sit with the trees or meditate by the ocean? If no... it's time to get outside! Being one with nature is proven to lower stress levels, boost the immune system, focus the mind, and reduce inflammation.
Embodied Dance and movement. Need I say more? The more we move inward (dharma bhava) and look at ourselves from an objective stand point, the more we connect to INTUITION. Using intuition to guide you in your dance will heal you from the inside out. Let yourself flow... groove... move how ever feels good. THIS is just one practice that has immense benefit.
A newer practice for me... Cleansing. EATING WHAT YOU NEED. Understanding the body and how to properly rest, digest, and absorb the nutrients your giving yourself. There are so many toxins in our daily life. The body is continuously filtering these toxins. Give yourself some love and treat your body like the sacred vessel that it is. CLEANSE!
